Rachel began her Real Estate career in 2016 as a Real Estate Assistant, working with Sellers and Buyers under the careful supervision of one of Realty ONE Group’s Top Producing Agents. Working in the shadow of the successful Agent, and supported by a Transaction Coordinator, Rachel was an integral part of almost 400 transactions in five years.
While Rachel managed the day-to-day aspects of the Client Care experience, including showing homes to prospective buyers and offering marketing consultations with sellers, the Agent was able to focus on executing carefully crafted marketing campaigns and cultivating meaningful relationships to build his Sphere of Influence. A testament to the support offered by Rachel, the Agent’s business scaled from just 50 transactions in 2018 to almost 100 transactions in 2021.
Rachel’s skills and experience became highly sought after by other Agents at Realty ONE Group as a result of her unique ability to engage with Clients and manage the day-to-day impromptu demands of a home purchase or sale - without ever assuming the lead role in the Client/Agent relationship. This allows the primary Agent to deliver a superior transaction experience, while also making them available to work on growing their own business.
